About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned Brand Marketing Manager to spearhead brand strategy and execution for their key FMCG products in Sheffield . You will be responsible for driving brand growth, enhancing market positioning, and connecting with consumers through innovative marketing initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in brand building, campaign management, and consumer insight generation. You will work closely with a passionate marketing team and collaborate with sales, R&D, and external partners to ensure brand success in a competitive marketplace, contributing to a culture that values creativity and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans, marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns for FMCG brands in Sheffield .
- Conduct market analysis, consumer research, and competitive benchmarking to identify key opportunities and challenges.
- Manage the brand's P&L, budget, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
- Oversee the development of creative assets and integrated marketing communications across all relevant channels.
- Collaborate with product development teams on new product innovation and line extensions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies and other marketing service providers.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Brand Marketing Manager or Senior Brand Manager, with a strong background in FMCG .
- Demonstrated success in developing and launching impactful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret consumer insights and market data.
- Strong project management and budget management capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
