About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design new bridge structures, including concrete, steel, and composite designs, adhering to relevant codes and standards.

• Prepare detailed design calculations, drawings, and specifications for bridge projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline with a specialization in structural or bridge engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in the design and assessment of bridge structures.
• Proficiency in bridge design software and structural analysis tools.
• Thorough understanding of bridge engineering principles, materials, and construction techniques.
• Familiarity with UK bridge design codes (e.g., DMRB) and relevant standards.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
