Building Services Engineer

Building Services Engineer - Peterborough, start 12/10/2026

Location: Peterborough Start: 12th October 2026 Hours: 45 hours per week, 8:00am-4:30pm Duration: Minimum 1 month We are looking for an experienced BS Engineer (mechanical bias) for a site-based role in Peterborough.

Requirements

• Relevant Mechanical/plumbing qualification - NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Experience working with plant rooms and boilers
• Legionella awareness and water hygiene experience
• Experience with cooling towers
• Good general mechanical maintenance experience
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Good health & safety awareness

Rates:

• £28.65 per hour - Umbrella PAYE, £22.00 per hour - PAYE

Start date: Monday 12th October 2026 Minimum 1-month contract.
