Building Services Maintenance Technician

Building services maintenance technician for site in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. The building services maintenance technician will be working as part of a team of M&E and Fabric technicians on a large distribution and head office facility.

General electrical services: lamping, fire alarm checks, emergency lighting drain down and checks.
