Business Analyst - Microsoft 365 Transformation

Business Analyst - Microsoft 365 Transformation

Salary: £40,000–£50,000

Remote - UK Only

Are you a Business Analyst with experience supporting Microsoft 365 or modern workplace projects?

Do you enjoy speaking with business users, asking questions and understanding how their systems support day-to-day work?

Can you turn detailed conversations into clear process maps, requirements and documentation?

We are recruiting for a growing technology consultancy delivering Microsoft, cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity services. They are looking for a Business Analyst to support discovery and requirements gathering in preparation for an anticipated major Microsoft technology migration.

Working alongside a Lead Business Analyst, you will help establish how the business uses its existing technology. This will include understanding how teams collaborate, manage documents, share information and use applications to carry out their work.

You will investigate existing processes, identify pain points and workarounds, and document the requirements that need to be considered before migration. The quality of this discovery will help the delivery team understand what the business relies on and where changes could affect day-to-day operations.

This is a business-facing role with regular contact with technical colleagues. You will need practical experience of Microsoft technology projects, confidence asking follow-up questions and the ability to make detailed information clear and usable.

The Lead Business Analyst will provide direction and review your work, while you take ownership of agreed analysis tasks and deliverables.
