Business Applications Manager, Dynamics 365, Hybrid Working

A Business Applications Manager opportunity has arisen with a purpose-driven, not-for-profit organisation on an ambitious digital transformation journey. You would take ownership of the Dynamics 365 platform, shaping how it evolves to support both people and the communities they serve. Could this be the role where your technical expertise meets genuine organisational impact?

The Role

Working 3 days a week in the Uxbridge office and 2 days remotely, the Business Applications Manager will serve as the vital link between the organisation's business teams and its Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring the technology roadmap stays closely aligned to wider corporate priorities. You will own the enhancement backlog, lead a regular business change forum, and use data, helpdesk insight and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Working alongside internal project teams and external development partners, you will oversee the design, testing and rollout of new functionality, ensuring solutions are well-structured, user-focused and connected to the broader data strategy. You will also manage the Dynamics CRM helpdesk to agreed service levels, deliver training and coaching to colleagues across the organisation, and champion strong data governance and GDPR compliance throughout.

The Company

This is a UK-based, not-for-profit organisation with a long-established presence, operating across multiple regional offices and committed to delivering genuine community benefit through its work. The organisation is investing significantly in its technology landscape, with digital capability and AI firmly embedded in its long-term roadmap. It places a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing, professional development and a collaborative, people-first culture.

• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across all levels, including presenting findings and proposals to senior audiences in a clear, accessible and non-technical way, and leading change and user adoption initiatives effectively.
• Good understanding of data management principles and regulatory requirements including GDPR, alongside experience integrating CRM platforms with wider business systems to support joined-up end-to-end processes.
