CAD/CAM Engineer

We are recruiting for a CAD CAM Engineer to work for our client who are based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

The Duties Of A Cad Cam Engineer

Experienced in using Autodesk Fusion CAD/CAM

Proven CNC programming experience across milling and turning

Strong knowledge of tooling, cutting data and machining strategies

Proven experience in creating engineering/ manufacturing drawings

Manufacturing process planning and creating detailed routings/ tooling lists

Fixture & tooling design

Proven experience in managing drawing/ documentation revision control

Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.

Experience in dealing with both customers and suppliers.

Knowledge of Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controls.

Essential Experiences & Skills

Technically driven and detail focused.

Organised, proactive and self-motivated.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Able to work effectively under pressure.

Committed to quality, safety and continuous improvement.

The Hours

You will be working days:

Mon – Thurs: 7am – 5.15pm

Overtime Available.

The Pay

You will earn an annual salary between £38-43k per annum
