Redemption Roasters in Piccadilly is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to help lead our café. You’ll support the Café Manager, supervise shifts, and build a team that delivers outstanding hospitality and coffee.

The role focuses on coaching, stock and compliance, maintaining standards, and embodying our mission to support social impact. Weekend availability and UK right to work are required.
