Cafe Supervisor: Lead Team & Outstanding Service

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a part-time Cafe Supervisor to help ensure smooth operations across our High Street venues in the community. The role is contracted to 20 hours per week, offering opportunities to learn and progress within a large, supportive team.

You will supervise frontline staff, ensure quality service, manage rotas, handle deliveries, and uphold food hygiene and health & safety standards in a fast-paced cafe environment.
