We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable franchise-approved car dealership in Swansea for the position of New/Used Car Sales Executive.

Promote and sell new and used cars to meet and exceed sales targets Advise customers on finance options, accessories, warranties, and related products Maintain regular communication with customers regarding delivery updates Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally Collect payments from customers prior to car handover Demonstrate vehicle features and explain warranty and service arrangements Introduce customers to the Service Department and foster ongoing relationships Keep up to date with current vehicle specifications and dealership promotionsRequirements:

Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within a franchised dealership environment Strong track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication and customer relationship skills Full UK driving licence with minimal points Genuine passion for the automotive industry and customer service excellence Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding objectivesThis is a highly rewarding role suited to motivated sales professionals eager to develop their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.
