Essential Requirements

• Main dealer experience (you will already know what to expect).
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
• A valid UK driving licence .

Salary – OTE £36000

Contract Type – Permanent

8.00am to 5.30pm - Monday to Friday - 1 Hour lunch break (No Weekends)

At our client's dealership , we are looking for a customer-focused, organised, and motivated Senior Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. If you have main dealer experience and are confident using Keyloop (or similar DMS systems) , this is your chance to join a supportive, high-performing team with excellent earning potential.

• Uncapped earnings – with an OTE of £36,000

Your Role

• Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering an outstanding experience.
• Book and manage service appointments efficiently.
• Upsell products and services to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Work towards performance targets in a high-energy environment.
• Maintain compliance with company and health and safety standards .
