Our client is seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Support Assistant to join their team in Norwich . Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Support individuals with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration, adhering to dietary requirements and preferences.
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and using mobility aids safely and correctly.
• Administer prescribed medications in accordance with care plans and company policies.
• Monitor the health and well-being of clients, reporting any changes, concerns, or incidents to the relevant supervisor or healthcare professional.
• Engage clients in social activities, conversation, and daily routines to promote well-being and combat loneliness.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen effectively.
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility towards client care.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Successful completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check .
