Caretaker

We are recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised beverage and lifestyle brand with a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional facilities team and support the smooth day-to-day operation of a modern office workplace.

The role has arisen to provide cover for a member of staff undergoing an operation, with the possibility of the assignment being extended depending on their recovery.

• Location: Uxbridge
• Assignment Type: Temporary Cover
• Start Date: 14th October
• Potential for Extension
• Hours 9am- 6pm.
• £15 per hour

Required Working Dates

October:

14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 29

November:

3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26

December:

1, 2, 3

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the daily operation of workplace facilities
• Setting up meeting rooms and event spaces
• Managing incoming deliveries, post, and courier services
• Carrying out routine office and facilities checks
• Liaising with contractors, visitors, and employees
• Maintaining high standards across communal areas
• Monitoring and replenishing office supplies
• Assisting with office moves and furniture setups
• Responding promptly to facilities-related requests
• Supporting health & safety compliance across the site

About You

• Previous facilities, caretaker, maintenance, workplace support or hospitality experience preferred
• Practical and hands-on approach to work
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and proactive
• Able to work independently and use initiative
• Comfortable undertaking light manual handling duties
• Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining a high-quality working environment
