Role Details:

• Position: Carpenter Multi-Trader

• Location: Bromley and surrounding areas

• Sector: Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance

• Van and fuel card provided

Requirements

• Experience in social housing repairs and maintenance

• Competent in carpentry and general multi-trade works

• Level 2 or NVQ in carpentry

• Full UK driving licence

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance across social housing properties.

• Completing carpentry repairs, including hanging doors, replacing skirting boards, architraves and door frames.

• Installing and repairing kitchens, including units, worktops and fittings.

• Undertaking general plumbing, basic decorating, flooring and other multi-trade repairs where competent.

• Carrying out remedial works to maintain properties to a safe and good standard.

• Working in occupied properties and maintaining professional communication with residents.

• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the required quality standards
