Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a compelling category strategy that aligns with overall business objectives for the FMCG portfolio in Sunderland .

• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure the optimal product assortment to meet customer demand.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitive positioning.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Category Manager or Senior Buyer within the FMCG sector.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing category strategies that have driven sales and profitability.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
