Catering Assistant - Cafeteria Services

About the Role

Our client is looking for a friendly and efficient Catering Assistant to provide excellent service in their busy cafeteria environment in Nottingham . This part-time role involves assisting with food preparation, serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons. You will be a key part of the team, contributing to the smooth operation of the cafeteria throughout the day. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Operate the till system and handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the serving area, dining space, and kitchen equipment.
• Restock food and beverage stations, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
• Assist with basic food preparation, such as making sandwiches and salads.

Requirements
