Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Prepare and present food items according to established recipes and hygiene standards .
• Handle customer orders and payments accurately using the till system.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of service areas, dining spaces, and equipment.
• Assist with stocktaking, receiving deliveries, and ensuring correct storage of goods.
• Support the catering team with various tasks during busy periods and special events.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or catering role is beneficial.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required for a part-time role.
