About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Catering Event Planner to join their team in Belfast . This role is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a wide range of catering events, ensuring a flawless experience for clients and their guests. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, translate it into delicious menus and memorable settings, and manage all logistical aspects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Design customized menus and service styles that align with client needs and culinary trends.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including staffing, venue setup, equipment, and transportation.
• Manage timelines and ensure all deadlines are met for successful event execution.
• Oversee on-site event execution, troubleshooting any issues that arise and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and venue partners in Belfast .

Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning, event coordination , or a related role within the hospitality or catering sector.
• Strong understanding of menu planning, food presentation, and service standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
