Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all catering requirements for events, including menu selection, staffing, and equipment needs.
• Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives and provide tailored catering solutions.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
• Oversee on-site catering execution, managing staff and ensuring adherence to timelines and standards.
• Develop event budgets and track expenses, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during event planning or execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning or catering coordination, with a strong portfolio.
