About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Catering Events Manager to lead their event operations in Nottingham . This role is responsible for the seamless planning, execution, and delivery of all catered events, from initial client consultation through to post-event evaluation. You will manage a team of catering staff, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure that every event meets the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of catering event planning and execution, ensuring client satisfaction.

• Supervise and manage catering staff during events, ensuring professional service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Events Manager or Catering Manager, with a strong portfolio of successful events.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and staff relations.
• Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, and flexibility to work irregular hours.
