Catering Lead: Café & Kitchen Operations

Norfolk County Council is looking for a Cook in Charge to run the catering at Norwich Castle Museum in the new kitchen and café. You will need a strong catering background, high standards of food production and food safety, and the ability to train and mentor your team.
