Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily catering operations, including menu planning, preparation, and service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate the catering team to achieve operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and procurement of food and beverage supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement catering strategies to enhance service offerings and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and health and safety policies.
- Manage event execution from conception to completion, ensuring seamless service for clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar Catering Management role, with a strong understanding of food and beverage operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability in budget management and financial control.
- A recognized qualification in food hygiene and safety (e.g., Level 3 or above).
- Experience in event planning and execution within the catering industry.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
