Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Catering Manager or in a similar senior catering role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, culinary trends, and event management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in budget management and cost control techniques.
- Relevant certifications in food safety and hygiene (e.g., Level 3 or higher).
