About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Catering Manager to oversee their catering services in Coventry . You will be responsible for managing all aspects of event catering, from initial client consultation and menu planning to execution and post-event evaluation. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all catering events, ensuring seamless execution from setup to breakdown.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored catering solutions.
• Oversee menu creation, pricing, and sourcing of ingredients, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and motivate the catering team, providing training and ensuring high standards of service and presentation.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and logistics, ensuring all resources are available and well-maintained.
• Handle client feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Catering Manager or similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent understanding of catering operations, event planning, and food service management.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in menu development, costing, and budget management.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed for events.
