Catering Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and organized Catering Manager to join their team in Coventry, West Midlands . This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of all catering services, managing events, and maintaining client satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading a team of catering staff, overseeing event planning, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and beverage services. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of all catered events, from initial client contact to final service.
• Manage, train, and motivate the catering team to ensure high standards of service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Manage catering budgets, including costing menus, controlling expenses, and ensuring profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in food preparation and service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Catering Management or similar supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of event planning, food and beverage operations, and client management.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
