About the Role

Our client seeks an experienced and driven Catering Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their catering division in Glasgow . Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all catering staff, ensuring efficient service delivery and high team morale.
• Develop event proposals, menus, and pricing structures in collaboration with clients.

• Control inventory, manage supplies, and maintain strong relationships with vendors.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Catering Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality or events industry.
