About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate catering event logistics, including scheduling staff, deliveries, and equipment.
• Manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Assist with order processing and client communication regarding event details.
• Liaise with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of all catering items.
• Support the event execution team on-site as needed, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate operational records and assist with reporting.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, or coordination role, preferably within catering or hospitality.
