About the Role

Our client, a leading catering provider in Brighton , is seeking a proactive and experienced Catering Operations Manager to oversee and optimize their daily operational functions. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day catering operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for various client events.

Requirements
