About the Role

Our client is looking for an organized and energetic Catering Operations Supervisor to support the management team in Edinburgh . You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of catering services, ensuring smooth execution of events, managing catering staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise catering staff during events, ensuring adherence to service standards and protocols.
• Assist in the planning and execution of catering operations, including setup and breakdown.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and ensure proper storage of food and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the catering area.

Requirements
