About the Role

This role is responsible for driving revenue by securing new business and nurturing existing client relationships within the corporate and private events sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and prospecting within the corporate market .
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.

• Collaborate with the events and culinary teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales , business development, or account management, preferably in the hospitality or catering industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .
• Strong understanding of the events and catering market in Southampton .
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
