Catering Supervisor: Lead Kitchens & Service Excellence

Compass Group UK&I on Eurest is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations. The role is full time, contracted to 40 hours per week, with Mon-Fri days.

You will ensure our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and deliver exceptional food experiences. As a hands-on leader, you will supervise culinary and catering teams, monitor KPIs, and maintain Health & Safety standards while representing the Compass brand and driving continuous improvement
