You will be responsible for managing a team of catering assistants, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of catering staff during service, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

• Manage inventory, including stock rotation, ordering supplies, and minimising wastage.
• Ensure all catering areas and equipment are kept clean and meet strict hygiene and safety regulations.

Requirements
