UKR Group is looking for an experienced GOLD CCDO Site Manager to start ASAP in a job in Mayfair

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

• Coordinate and supervise on-site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Monitor progress against the project plan, addressing delays or issues as they arise.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, carrying out regular site inspections and risk assessments.

• Liaise with the project manager, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain effective communication.

• Manage site logistics, including materials delivery, storage, and waste disposal.

• Keep accurate records of site activity, including labour hours, equipment usage, and incident reports.

• Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets contractual and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.

Skills

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.

• Sound knowledge of building methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Requirements

• GOLD CCDO card

• SMSTS Card

• First Aid

• Proven experience as a site manager or in a similar supervisory role within construction.

• Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and health and safety legislation in the UK.
