About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic Channel Sales Manager to lead their partner sales efforts in the Bristol area and surrounding regions. This hybrid role combines the autonomy of remote work with the necessity of in-person engagement with partners. You will be responsible for recruiting, enabling, and managing a network of channel partners to drive sales revenue and expand market reach. This is a pivotal role requiring strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of indirect sales models to foster mutual success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partner strategy to meet sales objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market coverage.
- Provide training, enablement, and ongoing support to partners to ensure they are equipped to sell effectively.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key partner stakeholders.
- Track and analyze partner performance, providing regular reports and insights.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to support partner-led initiatives.
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements and commercial terms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in channel sales management or partner management.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, managing, and growing a partner ecosystem.
- Excellent understanding of indirect sales models and channel program development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model, requiring travel to meet partners and occasional office presence.
