About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead their paid acquisition efforts in Bristol . You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various channels to drive measurable growth in leads, sales, and customer acquisition cost. This role is pivotal for achieving ambitious business objectives through data-driven strategies and continuous experimentation. You will work within a forward-thinking marketing department, collaborating with creative, analytics, and product teams to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive paid marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and other relevant channels.
- Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve target KPIs and ROI.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Implement A/B testing for ad creative, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in performance marketing and digital advertising.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar paid media role.
- Deep understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and their optimization levers.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience with marketing analytics and attribution modeling is essential.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
