Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and filing systems for beneficiaries, donors, and volunteers.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and distribution of documents.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Process donations and maintain financial records with accuracy and discretion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
