Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising and income generation strategy.
- Identify, cultivate, and solicit major gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporate partners.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing donors, ensuring high levels of engagement and retention.
- Research and apply for relevant grants and funding opportunities.
- Plan and execute donor engagement activities and stewardship events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling fundraising communications.
Requirements
- Proven track record in fundraising and donor development , with experience in major gifts and grant writing.
- Strong understanding of fundraising principles and best practices within the charity sector.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial goals.
- Proficiency in donor management software and CRM systems.
