Our client, a leading non-profit organisation, is seeking a motivated and strategic Charity Partnership Manager to drive collaboration and fundraising initiatives from a remote position, supporting operations in Sunderland . This role is focused on forging and nurturing mutually beneficial partnerships with corporations, community groups, and other organisations to enhance the charity's mission and impact. You will be responsible for identifying potential partners, developing compelling proposals, and managing these relationships to achieve fundraising goals and raise awareness. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with corporate entities, foundations, and community organisations.
- Create and deliver compelling partnership proposals, outlining mutual benefits and fundraising potential.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key contacts within partner organisations.
- Develop and implement joint initiatives, campaigns, and events to maximise fundraising and engagement outcomes.
- Monitor partnership performance, ensuring targets are met and providing regular reports on progress and impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership management , business development, or fundraising within the charity sector or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in securing and managing high-value partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport remotely.
- Proficiency in relationship management and project coordination.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively, supporting the Sunderland area.
