About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and proactive Charity Partnerships Coordinator to join their team based in Coventry . In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships with corporate partners, foundations, and community groups to drive sustainable income and support for the organisation's vital work. You will play a crucial part in developing engaging partnership proposals, managing existing relationships, and exploring new opportunities for collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to identify, acquire, and retain corporate and community partners.
• Manage a portfolio of existing partnerships, ensuring strong communication and mutual benefit.
• Create compelling proposals and presentations to secure new funding and collaborative opportunities.
• Coordinate the delivery of partnership activities, ensuring fulfilment of obligations and maximizing engagement.
• Work closely with internal teams to align partnership activities with the charity's overall objectives and campaigns.
• Track and report on partnership progress, income generated, and impact achieved.

Requirements

• Previous experience in partnerships, business development , or fundraising, preferably within the charity sector.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
• Proven experience in proposal writing and developing successful outreach strategies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
