Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential corporate and community partners aligned with the organisation's values and objectives.
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations to secure new partnerships and sponsorships.
• Manage and grow existing relationships with key partners, ensuring their ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
• Coordinate joint fundraising activities, campaigns, and events with partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of partnership benefits and recognition.
• Track partnership activities, analyse impact, and report on progress towards targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development , corporate fundraising, or partnership management.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the charity sector and the value of corporate social responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in Coventry .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
