Checker - Bristol At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Checker to work with a leading food production company in Bristol. This role involves ensuring prepared meals meet strict menu specifications and quality standards, including special and last-minute requests. Shift Patterns: * Regular roster of 4 on 4 off shift * Availability required for 16:00 - 03:30 Pay Rates: * 13.51 GBP hourly Must-have Requirements for Checker: * Educated to GCSE level * Right to work in the UK * Ability to undertake a DBS check * Provision of 5 years of referencing history Desirable Requirements for Checker: * Extensive experience in a similar role * Previous experience in the food industry * Working knowledge of Basic Hygiene * Experience in a production, manufacturing, or stores environment * Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Good English and numeracy skills * Attention to detail and team-oriented mindset * Ability to work to tight deadlines * Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word * Good oral and written communication skills in English Role for Checker: * Verify prepared meals against menu specifications and special requests * Ensure correct quantities are ready for uplift * Complete security checks in line with DFT requirements * Monitor and report any operational delays * Maintain a clean and safe workspace in a cold environment Benefits for Checker: * Full training provided * Thermal clothing provided * Opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment * Professional stability with a reputable company Location: Bristol.
