Great company, with great values and a positive, mindful, flexible outlook are growing their Title Checking/Title Investigators team due to continued growth and demand.

My client offers an outsourced title investigation service, returning title checks to clients thoroughly and fast - this is a role with minimal (or none if you prefer) client contact; it is not customer facing!

This is a fully remote role (the company is based in Cardiff). Hours are 9am - 5pm; there can be overtime, but that is totally voluntary and fully paid!

Basic salary - £37k DOE

3 slightly different title checking roles available:

1. Residential title checker with (extensive) commercial experience
2. Consultant residential title checker with experience in Scotland and Northern Ireland

If you are looking for a change, this is what you will need: 5 years experience as a conveyancer or title checker, be detailed and organised with a motivated outlook!
