The Dorchester invites a Chef de Partie to join The Grill Kitchen in one of London’s most celebrated luxury hotels. You will lead your own section, craft breakfast to dinner dishes, and mentor junior team members in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will collaborate with senior chefs on menu development, ensure HACCP and allergen controls, and uphold five-star service standards throughout service periods.
