Chef de Partie – Lead a High-Volume Kitchen (Training & Perks)

BrewDog at Waterloo Station in London is seeking a Chef de Partie for part-time shifts. Evening work and weekend availability are required, with shifts from 8:30am to 6:00pm and a pay rate of £13.73 per hour.

SSP collaborates with BrewDog to deliver fast, fresh meals in busy locations. You will lead and supervise the kitchen, handle admin tasks like hygiene records and stock takes, and support recruitment and induction of the kitchen team.
