Chemical Engineer - Asset Integrity

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset integrity management programs for critical process equipment.
• Conduct risk-based inspections (RBIs) and integrity assessments to identify potential failure mechanisms.
• Oversee corrosion monitoring and mitigation strategies to protect assets from degradation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage maintenance and inspection schedules for process equipment.
• Investigate equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset integrity, mechanical integrity, or reliability engineering.
• Strong knowledge of corrosion mechanisms , materials science, and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
• Familiarity with integrity management software and inspection databases.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical data effectively.
