Chemical Engineer - Manufacturing Support

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate technical support to resolve operational issues on the production floor.
• Monitor key process parameters and implement adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, yield, and safety.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure product specifications are met consistently.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Practical understanding of chemical processes and unit operations.
• Experience with troubleshooting production issues and implementing solutions.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and safety protocols.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
