Key Responsibilities

• Monitor plant operations, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Troubleshoot process upsets and equipment malfunctions, implementing corrective actions.
• Optimize operating conditions to maximize yield, minimize waste, and ensure product quality.
• Support the maintenance team in planning and executing plant shutdowns and turnarounds.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering .
• 1-3 years of experience in chemical plant operations or a related field.
• Understanding of chemical processes, unit operations, and safety principles.
• Familiarity with process monitoring equipment and basic instrumentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
