Key Responsibilities

• Monitor plant performance, analyze operational data, and implement adjustments to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
• Troubleshoot process deviations and equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Support the execution of plant maintenance schedules and assist in the planning of turnarounds.
• Ensure compliance with all site safety, health, and environmental procedures and regulations.
• Collaborate with shift teams and operations personnel to resolve immediate issues and improve operational practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing process reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in chemical plant operations or a related industrial role.
• Practical understanding of chemical processes, equipment, and control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and regulatory compliance in an industrial setting.
