Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chemical processes to improve yield, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct experiments and pilot studies to validate process improvements and new technologies.

• Prepare detailed technical reports, process documentation, and safety assessments.
• Collaborate with research scientists, engineers, and production teams to ensure seamless process implementation.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related science discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in process development or optimization roles within the chemical industry.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS) and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, and separation processes.
• Experience with scale-up from laboratory to pilot and production scale.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a hybrid team setting.
