Chemical Engineer - Process Development

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chemical processes for new and existing products, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
• Conduct pilot-scale trials and interpret data to inform full-scale process design.
• Perform process hazard analyses (PHAs) and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with R&D chemists and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless technology transfer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues encountered during production.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, process documentation, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering .
• 3-5 years of experience in process development, scale-up, or chemical manufacturing.
• Proficiency with process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, and unit operations.
• Experience with P&IDs and process safety management (PSM).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
